Rooted In Love, LLC provides many services to its patients to help support and maintain their Mental Health Needs. We are a total Mental Health Clinic, where patient's can receive therapy services, medication management, and group work to help improve and sustain a healthy life.
Appointment Options

In Person Appointments
Our Clinicians maintain regular appointment availability in office to provide for patient personal preferences. We do ask that for initial appointments to be conducted in person to assist with the therapeutic process.
Telehealth Appointments
Our office does provide for the use of Telehealth for conducting Therapy appointments. Our Telehealth platform is very user friendly, with a video link emailed to the primary email at least 1 day prior to the scheduled appointment! There is no need to download an app to access our virtual appointments-simply click on the video link in your email and choose enter when prompted on your internet browser!
Telehealth Only Appointments
Due to continual changes within the guidelines for Telehealth appointments, we are unable to guarantee Telehealth only appointment options at this time. We do ask that an appointment occur in person at least once every 6 months to maintain compliance with federal mental health guidelines.
The only services offered at our office that are Telehealth only include appointments for Medication Management at this time.
What We
Offer
Crisis stabilization is provided through immediate appointent availability, whether with a patient's assigned clinician, or a covering clinician, to support the stabilization of immediate mental health needs including, threats to safety of self and others. We will work to achieve stability without an emergency rooom visit, however, should further assessment be deemed necessary, we will work with the patient to refer to an appropriate service program to meet the needs of the crisis and ensure patient safety.
Medication Management
Our office provides for Medication Management with a Psychiatric PA. We have two providers that prescribe and manage mental health medications.

In conjunction with Medication, our office also offers Genesight Testing, to help guide and direct prescription medication without as much treatment failure.
Therapy
Therapy is provided for individuals, families and couples. We have several clinicians that focus on person-centered approaches to meet the individual needs of each patient. Sessions are scheduled with a frequency determined by both the clinician and patient, to meet the current needs identified during initial intake evaluations.
Group Therapy
At our office, we are currently working to expand our group therapy options. At this time, we offer a 12-week Trauma Reboot Group with sessions held each quarter. We will soon be offering DBT Groups, Anger Management, Parenting, and Substance Abuse Groups. Check back to see notices for future group programming!
Our office has opted to utilize Automated notes technology using Freed Software. Freed allows Clinicians to streamline the process of taking notes during your services. This innovative tool captures essential information in real-time, allowing team members to focus on the session fully, rather than scribbling down details during your session. With Freed, we can easily access organized notes, enhancing productivity and ensuring all service providers stay on the same page with services that you may receive at Rooted In Love, LLC, ensuring you are receiving the best quality of care as a patient in our office.

Crisis Stabilization Scheduling
To schedule an emergency appointment for Crisis Stabilization, please contact the office at 810-285-8429, to indicate the need for an emergency appointment with an available clinician.
Medication Management Scheduling
To schedule with one of our Prescribers, please speak with your individual therapist about completing a referral.For services related to only seeking medication management, please contact our office to discuss scheduling options.

Our office does not deny services to anyone due to the inability to pay. We utilize a discounted/Sliding Fee schedule based upon family size and total household income.
If you do not have insurance, or wish to not use your insurance, please speak with our office about applying for the Sliding Fee Discount Program to help reduce the cost of services based upon your Annual Household Income. You may also fill out and submit an application by completing the application below.
