Autumn Gratz is a renowned professional in the field of mental health medicine. She works with children, adolescents and adults, focusing on medication management as a tool in furthering progress towards treatment goals. Autumn is part-time at our office with virtual appointments only. Her availability is Monday's from 1pm-5pm and Wednesday's from 8am-4pm.

Alexis is currently accepting new patients for medication management! Her availability is virtual only on Tuesday's from 8am-12pm.

**Please Note: We are unable to refill prescription requests if you have not been seen by a medication provider for a period greater than 3 months. ALL refill requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of when they are needed to allow time for appointment scheduling and the request to be completed. Our office will contact you if you must have an appointment with a provider before a refill request can be fulfilled.
